Core Fitness training is an ideal way to train from the inside out. PSF Personal Training Strong to the Core fitness classes on the Gold Coast can help you to lose weight, improve strength and flexibility, increase energy levels. Our trainers use a range of Core exercise programs for each session ensuring your can achieve your desired fitness goals. We limit our group sizes to 12 persons per session to maximize your time with our instructor. PSF Personal training also offer one to one personal training if core fitness training is not for you.
